Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Property and staff were fantastic, buffet was delicious but Linda pricy for someone who’s not eating more than the necessary. Amenities were ok, pool is small for the amount of people at the hotel; if you lucky the beach would be clean and you can enjoy the beach. Other than that is an okay location for relaxing.

Our recent stay at Fontainebleau was extremely disappointing. The check-in experience was extremely unpleasant, with staff who came across as snobby and arrogant. We checked in late, around 9 PM, and requested a late checkout, but the staff was not very understanding. The biggest disappointment was the pool area being under renovation, with loud construction noise throughout the day. We booked this hotel expecting to relax and enjoy the pool, but because of the construction, we were unable to enjoy the pool experience at all despite paying the hefty $59 resort fee!! On top of that, the atmosphere was very much a tacky party crowd, with loud music and noises throughout the day and well into the night. If you're traveling with children or looking for a relaxing, family-friendly Miami Beach experience, this is not the hotel we would recommend. We also tried ordering drinks at the pool, but the server wouldn't even take our order. The valet and bell service was extremely slow and it took over 30 minutes to get our bags from bell service after check out. We recently stayed at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, and our experience there was a million times better. From the welcoming customer service to the pool area and overall atmosphere, Loews truly lived up to our expectations. It felt much more family- and kid-friendly, while still offering a beautiful and enjoyable Miami Beach experience. Fontainebleau was a major disappointment. We would not stay here again!!
